Ihr Wille ist wichtig

Heute moechte ich mit Ihnen ein aktuelles Mail teilen. Ich habe es vor drei Stunden bekommen. Es stammt von einem CEO einer internationalen Firma:
"Good Morning Arnd, I hope you are keeping well. Thank you for your email, it is much appreciated. [...] Yes, our Lean efforts are continuing and we are happy with the progress we are making however we have a long way to go to catch up with xxx. We are currently consolidating our xxx operations which is occupying all my time at present and this will take three to four months. We will not allow such a large project to detract from our lean efforts. I will in the near future give you a more detailed response to exactly what we are working on to convert us to a lean culture. Thank you again for your interest and I look forward to speaking to you in the near future. Rgds, Paul"

Folgendes habe ich an Paul geschrieben:
"Hallo Paul, Thanks for your replay. One of my LEAN coaches (ex TOYOTA Manager) told me following:


"One of the targets is to learn that LEAN is based on scientific problem solving. All of our LEAN activities should solve problems, make improvements, or create an environment that makes problem solving and improvement more efficient at every level and [every day]."


Whatever you will do, please do not forget this. This is very important. The danger is, that current management is not acting this way. Often we get very fast a finger pointing culture -the dead of such an important problem solving culture. [...] and the typical LEAN tools (e.g. 5S) are only designed to see problems! Here we close the loop. [...] Kind regards, Arnd"

Paul schrieb bereits heute zurueck:
"Thank you Arnd. Very wise words indeed, I will work hard everyday to follow this excellent advice. I hope we can speak soon and remember: If you are ever in xxx you must come and see us. Rgds,Paul"

Was bedeutet dieser Text fuer Sie? Wie loesen Sie Probleme? Haben Sie ein Umfeld, in dem Sie vor Ort Probleme identifizieren, ansprechen und nachhaltig loesen koennen? Haben Sie dabei ein Untersteutzungsteam? Hilft dieses? Wie schnell geben Sie auf? Haben Sie den festen Willen weiterzumachen? Ich heisse Sie willkommen in der LEAN Welt. Ich weiss, Sie haben Ihn. Ich freue mich auf Ihren naechsten Besuch.
